Cooking & calligraphy courses

Our cooking and calligraphy courses are nor only cooking and drawing meeting, but also interesting Arabic and cultural lessons. The cooking takes place in the teacher's home.

How much a cooking course:

•  five dishes: Kabsa (spicy yellow rice with chicken), Maqluba (rice with aubergine), Bamia (bongos), Mutabbal (aubergine cream) & Foul (beans), Yaqtin (pumpkin).

every dish needs two or three hours, where the cooker talks to you in Arabic, explains how to do the recipe, teach you new vocabulary, etc ….. This cooking package is 220 € (the price decreases if other students).

•  8 dishes: Frike (wheat with chicken or lamb) + M'lukhia (sort of spinaches) + Kussa  and Bazinjan Mahshi (courgettes and aubergine farcies)

This cooking package is 350 € (the price decreases if other students).
