Cooking & calligraphy courses

Our cooking and calligraphy courses are nor only cooking and drawing meeting, but also interesting Arabic and cultural lessons. The cooking takes place in the teacher’s home.  

How much a cooking course:

-         Four dishes: Kabsa (spicy yellow rice with chicken), Frike (wheat with chicken or lamb), Bamia (bongos), Mutabbal (aubergine cream) & Foul (beans), Yaqtin (pumpkin).  

Every dish needs two or three hours, where the cooker talks to you in Arabic, explains how to do the recipe, teach you new vocabulary, etc ….. This cooking package is 220 € (the price decreases if other students).  

-         8 dishes: Maqluba (rice with aubergine), M’lukhia (sort of spinaches) + Kussa  and Bazinjan Mahshi (courgettes and aubergine farcies) 

This cooking package is 350 € (the price decreases if other students).
